Does the size of the product improves the quality of product?

NO! There is a huge misconception that the bigger the size better is the quality of the product in terms of its nutrition proportion. Size may affect the softness of few products but that does not always holds true.

Will I receive the same product size and taste in all my orders?
We try our best to maintain the taste and size of all our food products but they being natural products there might be variations in size, taste & colour from lot to lot.
If Anjeer (fig) & Kishmish (Raisin) gets darker in colour does it mean it is not fit to eat?

Anjeer & Kishmish has high moisture and iron content due to which they tend to get darker if not kept in a cold storage. Therefore, even if they get a bit darker, they are completely good to eat.  

The product is cheaper on other website!

Yes, it is highly possible the similar looking product might be cheaper on another website or store. But it being a natural product there are various variety in dry fruits, spices & seeds especially where the prices vary based on its size, taste, colour, freshness, country of origin and many other factors. 
We would like you to try Tashi products at least once before comparing it with only on price.

SHOPPING INFORMATION

Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Free delivery on orders worth above Rs.2,000. A Flat fee is charged for orders below Rs.2,000/-.

How long will delivery take?
The estimated delivery time for local orders is 2-3 working days, 3-7 working days for outstation orders and 5-9 working days for orders delivered to JK, North East India & Kerala. We ship on all days from Monday to Saturday except Sundays and Public Holidays.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, you shall receive the invoice via email. Incase you haven't received the invoiced kindly write us at tashidryfruits@gmail.com

What is Self-Pickup?

If you use self-pickup option during checkout, the customer is responsible for the product pickup and shipment. For self-pickup deliveries we do not charge even for order worth below Rs.2,000. This option is ideally suitable for hyperlocal deliveries. Kindly

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

In case you have received a damaged or wrong product, kindly do not open it, and capture a video & photo of the same and send us at tashidryfruits@gmail.com. We offer a complete refund. But our refund and returns policy lasts for 24 hours. If 24 hours have passed since the delivery, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Cancellations on orders will be considered if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order or before the order is packed for delivery, whichever comes first.
